Waist Cinchers (Again)

Heya, lovelies!

So I know I've already written a lil' something about waist cinchers, but I seriously need to fan girl.

I. Am. In. Love.

Like, if they were a person, I'd want to marry them and go to a honeymoon in Ireland, drink Guinness beer, and --

Point being?

I work at a fast food restaurant, and I usually work long 8 hour shifts at a time. There's a lot of running around, and surprisingly, a lot of lifting - to top it off, I naturally have terrible posture, and am notorious for slouching really badly. Point being, when I first started working there, I'd come home and my back would ache sooo badly. When I watched the video of Trisha, she mentioned that the cinchers help the support of your back, and the first thing I noticed upon wearing a cincher was that it did indeed force me to stand straighter. Now, when I come home from work, my back is perfectly fine - no more aches or pains.

Yes, it's really a beautiful thing.

Even this weekend, I was on my period, so we all know my back should've been gone - but nope! My back didn't hurt at all, in fact. I'm pretty sure the fact that I slouch so much does have an affect on my back, and as we all know, our backs are pretty important, so that's no good.

I've seen news stories featuring waist cinchers and associating them with the Kardashians; though I'm not a huge fan of them and am not a follower, these stories have given the product a terribly derogatory image. I want to bluntly say that that is bullocks (coughbullshitcough), and I did not simply buy the waist cinchers for the intention of looking hot like Kylie Jenner. I bought them because I was interested in the back support, and possibly shaping my shapeless hips.

So yes, if you're like me and have terrible back posture, saving the $$$ for a cincher is very worth it! I can certainly vouch for this, and I'm not getting paid to say so. It's just something I've tried and fell in love with it. Now, I can't go to work without one!
